TERMS & CONDITIONS: Curry for Change Instagram Competition October 2019

- To participate in this competition, users must ‘like’ the Instagram post, follow @CurryforChange, @SpiceKitchenUK and @NationalCurryWeek_ and tag two friends in the comments section of the post.
- This competition will run from 17:30 on 16/10/2019 until 23:59 on Sunday 20/10/2019. Entries made after this time will not be counted.
- No purchase is necessary, however you will need an internet connection and access to Instagram. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
- There will be 1 winner who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 23:59 on 20/10/2019, who has fulfilled the criteria in step 1. above.
- Entrants must be over 18, have a UK postcode and must not be employees of Health Poverty Action, Find Your Feet, Spice Kitchen UK or National Curry Week.
- The prize consists of one National Curry Week ‘From Bombay to Britain’ recipe book and one Spice Kitchen UK World Spice Tin. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
- Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries must be made using an account subscribed to and registered in the entrants name only. Entries made from trade, consumer groups, third parties, agents, or entries automatically generated by computer will not be accepted.
- Incomplete entries or those not submitted in accordance with the entry instructions will not be counted.
- The promoter does not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. For example, as a result of network, system development, computer or telecommunications failures or fault of any kind - including any hardware, programming code, databases or software used in the promotion.
- We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be inappropriate, fraudulent or based on misconduct.
- If you are the lucky winner, you will be contacted on Instagram via direct message and on the competition post. You will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner.
- The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the date that they are announced as a winner. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
- Any inaccuracy in the contact details or postal details provided may delay or prevent delivery and the Promoter is not liable for such delay or non-delivery. Any items returned to sender will be considered unwanted.
- Entrants are solely responsible for the information they provide and views they express. The Promoter is not responsible for the user-generated content provided and does not endorse any user-generated views expressed on the site.
- By taking part in this promotion, all participants consent to us collecting, storing and using their personal data submitted with their entry for the purposes of this promotion. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be used for marketing purposes without the individual's prior consent.
- The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
