The Cooking Academy are hosting a one day Indian cookery class to raise money for families suffering from hunger.
If you’ve ever wanted to get to grips with cooking healthy and nutritious Indian food the authentic way, this course is perfect for you.
There are so many restaurants across the world that claim to serve up the real thing, but very few come close to giving you a genuine taste of India.
We’ll give you a hands-on experience hosted by experts in Indian cooking, using fresh ingredients, correct techniques and family recipes.
You don’t need experience of cooking because the class teaches the entire process from start to finish for each dish. The key difference is the focus on spices; you don’t just learn how to but also why and when to use spices.
The fully hands on experience enables you to use all your senses to discover your palette and learn how to make a difference in taste. It’s fast, furious and fun! Just bring along your enthusiasm and a stomach for lots of food.
